Definitions

Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

Use of this Website
This Web site is designed to save you valuable time and money. It is subject to a set of terms and conditions and you should make yourself familiar with these before purchasing.

Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Pricing
All advertised prices include 10% GST and are in Australian dollars.
Prices and information on the Web site are current however FARMLINE reserves the right to change these prices due to availability issues. You will be contacted directly in the event an order cannot be processed due to logistical issues or an unforseen increase in price. Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Payment of Goods
Farmline understands that security is the key when making any purchase on line. That is why we use Secure Pay as our payment gateway. Secure Pay offers industry leading security features such as protection by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits. By using Secure Pay you have the option of purchasing using, Mastercard or Visa Card, or Direct deposit. All cheques should be made to FARMLINE. If in the event a cheque is dishonoured Farmline will demand the dishonoured fee is paid in addition to the outstanding amount. Farmline does not run accounts.

Delivery
Farmline offers free delivery to ACT and postcode 2582- this is primarily for customers in Murrumbateman and yass, if you are not in this area Farmline reserves the right to contact you and arrange a additionl delivery fee of $10.00. Postcodes in the ACT eg.2620 that continue through to NSW will recieve a refund on there order if they are inside the border.
For all other areas delivery is calculated on state and postcode. Deliveries requiring further freight will be shipped via Fastway couriers, fastway has standard delivery times between 8am- 5pm weekdays, if you are not avaliable between these hours of the day to recieve your order please provide appropriate instructions as where to leave at your address eg behind gate, at back door etc.
It is vital that you provide clear directions at the time of making your order. Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however there are exceptions if you write in comments that you need next day delivery Farmline will try meet your needs. Farmline reserves the right to schedule deliveries to certain areas depending on demand. If you are unable to be present when the delivery is made we are more than happy to stack items in your shed.

Orders over 20kg, Customers will be contacted and freight will be calculated on the weight of item, so price is subject to change, in some cases the horse feed is unable to be shipped to certain parts of australia.

Orders & Backorders
The Webiste will automatically send you an invoice at the time of your order. You also have the ability to track the progress of your order using our tracking feature. Not all items are available in stock. These items are marked 'On Backorder.' These items can generally be shipped from our suppliers within 48 hours, however in some cases items may not be avaliable from the suppliers and can take anywhere up to 5 days, farmline will call and notify you or the expected delivery time. In the unlikely event that the item is unavailable you will receive a full refund in relation to that item.

Title & Risk
Farmline retains title of all ordered products until receipt of full payment for the said products. All risk against damage, loss or theft of the products will pass to the purchaser upon goods delivery.

Returns Policy
Farmline does not offer refunds for incorrectly purchased items or if you no longer wish to have the item. Before returning any goods please contact us to discuss the issues associated with your product.

Limitation of Liability
Farmline, its agents and its servants are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental loss, cost, undelivered promise, infringement, breach, violation or damages resulting from the use, associated use or inability to use this web site. Farmline, its agents and its servants do not further warrant any product offered within this web site other than to pass-on under the original terms and conditions issued for those warranties offered by the product manufacturer.

Customer Information
To ensure the best possible service please keep you information current. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their passwords at all times. If you forget your Farmline account password you can request it be resent to your registered email address. Farmline is committed to NOT offer, trade, sell, swap or knowingly release to an external third party any information gathered from your registration, use and conductance of transactions within this web site unless so directed by law.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.
