Some products may not appear on our website, please email us with you enquiries regarding these items.

We directly transport, warehouse and deliver product on our own transport ensuring the product arrives to you in excellent condtion, bypassing all the old problems associated with multiple transport carriers.

Order documents

If you would like to create an Online Account you will have to become a Farmline member. All online and offline accounts will have to be approved before purchases can be made. This includes filling out Farmline's 'Credit account application'.

All orders through Farmline Distribution require an order to be made online or forms printed and returned to the office before shipment of the product will be made.

New Customers

To place an immediate order without account setup, please contact the office to receive a list of the products available and fill out a client information form.

A 'Client Information form' must be filled out for all customers off accounts and returned via Email or fax. Payment for non-account holders can be made via Cheque, Credit Card, or Cash before shipment of product is made.
There is a Credit Card Authorisation form to be completed if you would like to pay via Credit Card.

Order Sizes and Freight

The Palletised hay and chaff is available in full pallets only, no mixed pallets or half pallets of these products will be accepted.

Pallet sizes:

16 Bales Hay/Pallet

20 Bags Chaff/Pallet

All other pallets can be split, however the feed must total 1 Tonne (full pallet) or additional freight may be charged.

Minimum order size for Suppliers is 1 pallet.

All prices on feed include delivery. Once your order has been received you will be contacted for delivery instructions. Please include any special requests in the notes section when ordering.
